Epsilon Chapter - Invitation To Become A Member
The Department of French, chapter Epsilon of the National Honor Society Pi Delta Phi since 1927, invites undergraduate and graduate students to apply for membership. The application window each year is from January to mid February (see below for specific dates).
Those interested in applying for membership are invited to access the application form. You will need to upload a transcript (official or unofficial; please provide a copy that includes your grades of Fall 2018) with your application. One need not be a French major or minor to apply. There is an initiation fee, which will be collected after you have been accepted.

Please note: Your participation in the IPP-Program and your absence from campus during spring semester does NOT prevent you from applying for membership.

Requirements for Undergraduate Students
- At the time of application, you must have earned at least 12 credit hours in French at the 200-level and above; courses you are taking during spring 2017 do NOT qualify
- GPA 3.00 overall (cumulative GPA)
- GPA 3.25 in French
Requirements for Graduate Students
- 4 credit hours in French
- GPA 3.5 overall (cumulative GPA)
